This method is for all dsl and cable users .. so they dont get banned and can boot and voice lag all day

So here is what you need to do when you get banned

Go to start
Go to Run
Type - cmd and press " Ok"

You will see a black box ( for noobs ) . or command prompt for those who know

Type - Ipconfig/release <------without any spaces and hit " ENTER "
your internet will now get disconnected

Go to Start
Then go to control Panel
go to network Connections
right click on " local area connection " and select " Properties"

now you will see a new box , scroll down to the place where you can see

" Internet Protocol TCP/IP" < select this and click on " properties"

Now in this Box you will see that you have a radio button selecting

Obtain Ip Automatically

Under this you will see

Use Following Ip <------select this

and in the ip Box type - 1111 or 222 whatever you want till you fill that box up with 12 digits .

Now Press " TAB" and it will automatically fill up the "Subnet Mask"
with something like

Now press Ok
and press Ok again

Now go back to Local Area Connections and right click again to select " properties"
Once you do that scroll down to " Internet Protocol TCP/IP " once again and select Properties .

Now you see that you have

Use Following Ip selected right ?

Just Click on Obtain Ip Automatically now and press Ok
and press Ok again and you will now have a new ip and you can go boot people again
